About Me
At 16 years old Britt was working in commercial kitchens. She quickly worked her way up from a Prep Chef to Executive Sous Chef. At the age of 23 she got her first wine certification. She is a WSET Level 2 and about to start Level 3 working toward DipSET, and on to Master of Wine. Writing has always been natural.
